About Our Care
At FHY we focus on the patient as a whole, rather than the symptom. We understand and trust that the patient knows themselves and when something “just isn’t right”. This allows us to provide individualized care while ultimately respecting patients’ choices and rights.
Amy graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from Colorado State University in 2011, followed by another Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Wyoming in 2013. Amy’s dedication to personal and professional growth is evident in her recent achievement-graduating with high honors with a Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner in December 2022. She is nationally certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Erin’s nursing journey began as a floor nurse in the NICU, where she discovered her passion for making a difference in people’s lives. Wanting to contribute even more to her community, Erin became a Nurse Practitioner and has now been serving patients for over 8 years. She is a fourth-generation Yuman and her and her husband are proud parents of four kids; who keep them on their toes and active every day.
